Laganview House, 93-95 Ann Street, Belfast
Designed by Miller & Symes of Dublin and built in 1899 for Bank of Ireland. This 3-storey red brick and sandstone Victorian building sits at the junction of Ann Street and Oxford Street, overlooking the River Lagan in Belfast City Centre.
The building was purchased in 2017 and extended and refurbished to provide large open plan office floors as well as refurbishing the ground floor former bank hall to provide elegant retail accommodation.
The ground floor was let to bridalwear retailer WED2B, who have stores across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
The three upper floors were let to Cork based tech firm Teamwork.

Designed by Thomas Jackson and Son, and built in 1875, this 4-storey Baroque style building has an ornate blonde sandstone façade & voluminous floors.
A late Victorian warehouse built in 1895. The 5 storey red brick warehouse occupies a prominent site on the corner of Queen Street and College Court.
7-19 Royal Avenue was built in 1881 on the city’s principal shopping thoroughfare.
